Small inconsistency with Miss Fortune's Q - Double Up

When using Double Up on a target, if it kills the target it will apply on-hit effects on the second target. Otherwise, on-hit effects will not be applied.

Also, could you list in the tooltip what the second shot damage will do on the increased percentage?
