[GAMEPLAY] /all chat traps game in shift+click Attack Move, HUD elements nonclickable

Been running into a reoccurring bug and I think it's related to /all chat, since that was the only common action that happened each instance of the bug. Typing in /all chat using the Shift+Enter hotkey will cause Shift to get stuck. Game gets stuck in Attack Move and all UI elements except for the minimap become nonclickable. Only right clicks and QWERDF keystrokes register, any key related to the UI (CTRL upgrading abilities, ESC menu, pings, camera lock and centering) do not work.

In the video, you'll see me try to click the Continue button at the Victory screen and it doesn't work. Surprisingly enough, /all chat and regular chat still work like normal, though I didn't record the regular chat.

Tried repairing game files, bug still happened after a couple of games later.
