Can we make a change to use these useless RP amounts

I was looking at my RP amount which is 44 and kept thinking why there isn't something we could use that on? why not make it so you could buy runes or little things like key fragments that wouldn't cost almost any RP perhaps 4-6 rp for a mr glyph? I don't know I think this could be a good idea
