[GAMEPLAY] Warlord's Bloodlust not working?!?!

So I've recently discovered a problem with warlord's bloodlust. I've been playing ADC and Mid a lot (especially yasuo!) and have been running warlords bloodlust. I just recently notice however that upon landing a crit my warlord's bloodlust no longer activates and I don't get the attack speed buff, or the heal back. I've tested the issue in customs, but found in it a normal match (wasn't very happy cause I have been running the mastery along with dorans blade for lane sustain early game as yasuo)

1.) Found in a norm where upon landing a crit would no longer grant attack speed buff, no longer give 15% heal of damage dealt, and icon would no longer appear.

2.) Tested Issue in custom by building early game crit as yasuo (with runes and starting brawlers glove) confirmed that Warlord's Bloodlust was no longer activating on crit hits.

I asked around and some other people said they have been having the same issue as me and others have not, I thought it might just be a little glitch so I repaired my client and everything and nothing has changed.

Just wondering how I could fix this because I realllllllllyyyyyyy love my yasuo mid sustain with warlord's and its pretty sad that its not working for some reason.
