Azir's E and clutch yasuo ult glitches

Starting quickly with Azir: Multiple players have been experiencing this, Azir's E does not recognize that a soldier is on the field and will not dash to them when prompted, even if you have a wild west collection of fingers.

And Yasuo: During key frames in the game, sometimes Yasuo's ult is too much and upon cast will crash the game entirely. a recent example of mine was morgana's ult initiating the stun precisely at the moment my ult hit's, this also SEEMS to be related to the damage that yasuo causes but I'm unsure of that.
