New summoner icons not showing up

I recently finished the event chains for MSI, and I didn't get my final summoner icon. I also opened a hextech chest recently and it said I got a summoner icon (can't remember what it was anymore... got some orange essence with it though if memory serves correctly), but I didn't see any new summoner icons in this case either.
