Client constantly crashing in Hextech Crafting and Champion Select

Riot, I'm going to be straight forward about it. This is one of the worst clients i have ever used. Constant crashing has been a minor inconvenience until today. My game has crashed twice in ranked champion select, and I'm waiting 30 minutes to play again. This is ridiculous considering the amount of players that play this game. You might wanna fix this before you lose EVEN MORE players to Overwatch.
