Jhin Ulti Bug

I had the idea of this after I saw a video where BunnyFuFuu rapid fired some jhin ulti shots...

Went into practice tool and low and behold you can shoot 2 fourth shots on jhin ulti.

If Riot wants to know how I did this I'll be happy to comply but I'd rather not just let it be known to everyone and their mother.

After watching this over and over again, this is only possible with a ton of cdr, which he had in the video due to the nexus blits fire buff, but needless to say it should probably be fixed anyways.
