Video settings reset for one account, but not the other.

On my main account(Remixt), every time I log out of the client and log back in - my video settings reset from borderless to windowed mode. I've tried re-installing the game, deleting the config folder and joining a practice session... etc However, every time I log in the video settings change right back to windowed mode.

Funnily enough, when I log in on my second account, the settings are correct and persist through multiple relogs.
