Varus Q stop working

I don't know how to attach logs or anything, but I just got out of playing a game playing Varus, and about halfway through i couldn't cast my Q. This hasn't happened ever before, but I couldn't even click on it to use it. Whenever i tried it just said that it could not be cast right now, like it was stuck on perm-cooldown or something.
