Your cs doesn't reflect the experience gained from minions. You just need to be nearby when the minions die. Cs is a better reflection of gold accumulation.

My guess is one of two things. Darius was just outside of exp range for even a single minion less than Fiora.

The only other thing that I could think of would be if Darius's jungler was top-side and just within range to soak the exp from a minion. This seems unlikely, but without vision, possible. It does make a difference though.
