Regards!

I write to expose a problem with my client.

It turns out that when I play normal games after the selection of champions just at the moment that the champions charge at the base, my PC restarts. Sometimes with a blue screen and other times it only shuts down immediately.

Things that I have tried and have not been successful:

-Reinstall the client -Reinstall Windows 10 -Decrease the processor power plan to 95%, 90%

The specifications of my pc are:

-AMD PROCESSOR RYZEN 5 2400G 3.9GHZ AM4 -ECS BOARD A320AM4-M3D DDR4 HDMI USB 3.0 SOCKET AM4 -CRUCIAL RAM MEMORY DDR4 8GB 2400MHZ CT8G4DFS824A -SEAGATE BARRACUDA DISC 1TB 7200RPM ST1000DM010 -AEROCOOL POWER SOURCE VX-400 400W

Important:

-It does not happen to me when I play against bots -After it restarts and I reload the current game I can enter the game again (Five levels below XD) -It always happens in changes of screens for example also it happens to me after finished the game to the screen of honors

reseat your ram for starters if you can. check your processor temps. what exactly does the BSOD tell you as an error message?

I would start wit opening it up and reseating the ram.

if that doesn't work I would look at the temps. it is possible your cpu is shutting down to avoid nuclear melt down (jokes, but its probably getting to hot) use a program to check your cpu temps, ECS may have a program like asus's monitor, if not speccy tells you it. since its a ryzen i believe it is offset by 20c. also do not panic anything under 65C is normal. panic if you are above 80C

If it is your processor over heating reapply thermal paste as a start.

also what gpu do you have?

Hey people this problem for me is solved. Finally I've changed the board -ECS BOARD A320AM4-M3D DDR4 HDMI USB 3.0 SOCKET AM4 to this A320M-K ASUS and now my LOL works it
