Can I please have some help here?

When I try to log in, it becomes increasingly laggy (this is from yesterday). I wait 2-3 minutes and it logs in. But, all the icons are gone. Like, the summoner icons are completely gone. The ability icons are there in game. In champ select, the SS icons are missing. Is this some sort of patch related glitch or some personal software glitch? Help pls.

Repair is undergoing, will update when done.
