Not able to receive newbie rewards

After finishing a game, i received an option to choose from 3 champions, however the select button along with the view abilities button would disappear after getting even remotely close to them, and would only reappear if I kept my mouse at the bottom or the top of the champion display. This pretty much resulted in me being unable to do anything, as i cannot progress without choosing a champion, and should I re log in, the champion choice screen will reappear in the same bugged way, effectively removing my ability to use my NA account in any way.
