Champ Select Bug

Since Patch 4.19 was released, 3 times now I've had a match where I click the accept button when I have found a match to play and the Champion Select screen does not appear. I can hear the champ select music, and people typing but the screen shows that I am still at the main menu screen. I can still interact with the screen such as: Viewing match history, runes, masteries, profile, and the Play button however if I click the close button in the top right or a button to initiate a search for a match it says that I am already in Champ select. The Champion Select screen does eventually load up but with only 30 seconds left on the clock to pick a champion.
