Low FPS on S5 Rift (Live Server)

so far these are my frames in all cases 30-40 fps current summoners rift 5-12 fps teamfights 32-45 fps PBE summoners rift 9-15 fps teamfights 3-9 fps S5 Live Summoners rift 0-1 fps teamfights I do not have very good specs but it seems that the minions/monster animations and attacks are causing a lot of lag. about 20 fps before they spawn, 15 fps when minions spawn, 12 fps when monster spawn, 3-9 fps when 2 minions start attacking. I do not have a good computer but the change to the live server from the PBE seems pretty laggy. (I will obviously have to buy a new computer for this game anyways but I am curious as to why there is by far more frame rate drop compared to the PBE which has more to it)
