Champ Select: Rune Page Name swapping to first page

I have had a few occasions where I will play a game outside of my main champion, using a different page, logging out, then logging in, going into a new champ select and seeing the name of my primary page instead of the equipped page.

When I open up the rune page selection menu, it shows check marks on both the top and equipped pages.
