Can't Select Xayah / Rakan in champ select after champ shards reroll.

1. Unlock Rakan / Xayah using reroll of champion shards.
2. Play game.
3. Listed as temporarily unavailable.
4. Enemy team plays Rakan / Xayah anyway.

EDIT: Restarting the client fixes the bug.
