[CLIENT] Update freeze at 80-90%

Been trying to update the game to patch 4.19 since yesterday. Re-installed twice and getting the same problem so please dont reccomend doing this. Basically, as soon as the numbers hit 80%, the loading speed of the update goes lower, and lower, and lower... Until eventually it hits 0KBps and stays there until the game force closes and bugsplat comes up. Any suggestions on how to fix? This is ruining my chances of silver before Season 5 D: I've included a screenshot just to help :) Also its a nearly brand new windows 8 hp laptop.
