[In-Game Bug] Overlapping Champions in Stats Page/Tab

Sometimes when I Alt-Tab during the loading screen and re-tab back into the game, the champion stats page (holding tab) has all the champions overlapping on top of each other. I can only see the first champion on the first line and all the others are over lapping on it. Furthermore, my ping on the top right hand side is also missing.
