When the League Client Doesn't Lets you Pick a Champ and You get punished for it

I love league of legends. Between the toxic players and the shitty client, now I get punished for an in-client bug. And the worst part is: Riot games doesn't care enough to reimburse lost LP due to poor programming on their end.

Were you trying to pick someone in the free champ rotation? Because that happens when the free champs have changed and you're client hasn't refreshed, so you're trying to pick someone who isn't actually available. The solution would be to pick a champ that you actually own, as unfortunate as that is. If that's not the actual issue, then I have no idea.
