[GAMEPLAY] Gragas E Cancels Last Move/Attack Command

In the more recent patches, whenever I do Gragas's usual combo ( W -> E ) after I hit the target with E, he just stands still as if given a stop command. It's kind of irritating to deal with when it doesn't happen, and has been fixed, on other champions before it even became a problem.
