Xerath Q Bug

Hello Riot Staff of bug fixers there is another bug i want to report to u you guys. There is currently a bug with and his Q apparently if u aim the q to quickly it will go in the opposite direction where u told it to go. It will be either opposite or to the side with his Q currently. An example of this bug is in the Video of a famous youtuber called anklespankin this is the video of the bug (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SXbr1xQ5K1U) presents itself in the 10:51 -11:00 minute mark and ankle himself claims it is a bug. I am sorry for mentioning him if it will harm him in any way just want the bugs to be fixed thank you for your time .

Thanks for this... I was about to upload a video myself of this issue, because its the very reason I am unable to hit people that know how to dodge. It's extremely frustrating as a Xerath main to have waited 3 weeks for the next patch just to see that he is only half fixed. To add to your report; it happens 100% of the time that you try to make a quick adjustment shot like so. Not here and there but every time. If you decided on a target you have to stick with that decision because retargeting means missing.

yeah this has been a thorn in my side for a while on my Xerath. I've had this issue for a while, so I thought that it may just be my mouse DPI being high or system lag, but if this is a bug, it changes everything.
