[GAMEPLAY] Zoe W has a CD after using and immediately picking up another spell shard

So I feel like this is a bug but when I was playing an ARAM game, I used snowball via W right as I walked over a Heal shard and instead of Heal showing up in the W slot, it showed snowball on cooldown for 80 secs. Haven't tried to recreate it or anything though so could be a one-off. It seems like it was due to using and immediately picking up another spell shard because that's what I saw happen when I watched it again through replay.

Edit: So I played another ARAM game and I got the same bug again multiple times. It seems to be specifically triggered from the snowball spell shard. I even noticed a weird interaction where you could hit somebody with snowball but it would be considered "used up" in the sense that I was able to pick up another shard. The first time I saw that interaction pressing W again would clear it as though you had triggered W without actually triggering the second part of snowball (as in you don't dash to the marked target) and the second shard that was picked up would be displayed normally.
