Is Yasuo auto bugged?

So TFT match history isn't showing for me so I can't check, but I was running blademaster 6 with a yas, and he was auto-ing like crazy but he wasn't doing any damage. I think his tornado did damage, but he was attacking a tier 1 garen and there was no damage registered. The garen ended the fight with full hp, and he had no items and wasn't healed...
