[GAMEPLAY] Ashe abilitys heard globally

I was playing as Tahm Kench earlier today as a support for an Ashe. I was close to her usually, untill i recalled and noticed, even though she was on the other side of the map, i could hear all her abiitys as if she were right next to me. I asked (but no one answered) if anyone else could here it. I played a couple games before and after and it didnt happen with any other champion. Unfortunately i cant give you much else sorry. Hope you can fix this riot!
