My loading screen border is messed up as well as my profile.

Last season i got gold 5 in solo queue before the season ended and was able to get the border and use it for a few weeks till now. Every time i go into queue it shows my silver border ( yes i know how they work but my silver is just in flex), Everyone has told me that your higher rank will show in aram, which i mainly play till next season. So why does my silver still show in that queue as well as blind picks?

Another problem is that in my profile it shows my "highest rank" is silver 2, yet Im gold 4 in solo/duo. Im just frustrated and confused because everything was fine until this last patch and was wondering if anyone could clear this up for.
