BUG (Gameplay) Brand no bounce on ult.

I know this came in a bugfix in 6.3 but i had just played a game vs an Azir mid, and multiple times i had ulted him with minions around or in team fights and it would not bounce at all. Would stop after the first initial hit. Please look into this as the 6.3 patch ddid not fix this issue, i see other players are having it as well.
