BUG (Gameplay) Brand, no stun on Lucians ult. (Season 6)

(Season 6)(Patch 6.1) Just got done playing my first ranked game after placements, i was playing as brand. I was in mid, Lucian was there, and he used his ult on me, i hit him with my E almost immediately, then i threw my Q, all during his ult, and he was not stunned, and kept culling, and i kept dieing, then i died.
