Picking screen freeze

Once in awhile when there is picking screen it's just going blank. Like everyone disconnected. But it seems that I'm one who being disconnected from it, but I still there and can be at picking screen for infinity till I force quit client. So it's not DC from internet problem (I actually have none) so it seems that this problem with your client. Also such bug appears after every patch for three-four times in one month. It's really annoying cause I'm losing elo and placements cause of this.
