Battle academia Ezreal's voice lines bugged

Title: Battle academia Ezreal's voice lines not playing

Bug area: During any match.

Short summary : Shortly after respawning Ezreal's voice lines including walking around, taunting, laughing, or even for attacking stop working.

Body: I was playing a match and after a bit Ezreal stops talking. He has his voice line for recalling still and for his death but until he dies he is mute. I've experimented with using ctrl 1-4 every few seconds and that let's him keep them but if you stop emoting he goes quiet.

Edit: So it looks like what stops the lines are going on a killing spree. Riot please help!

Additional edit: I got my second kill and his lines stopped. So before a killing spree as well. Also after dying while on a killing spree my next kill stopped his voice lines.
