Crashing mid game. SOS please help. [CRASH]

The game loads up and plays fine with good fps and what-not, but the game is crashing mid way through my games, usually only once. Ive been playing since season 1 and i had ups and downs with this game but nothing i could not fix.

The bug is usually just me doing game-play and a windows noise occurring and the program freezes with an image of the frame that it was currently on. If the screen is in full screen it locks it the league window so i can't use any programs on my computer.

I get this issue every other game. So far the solutions i have have been using the Hex-tech repair tool. Updating graphics drivers. installing the 3.5 netframe work. Full uninstall and reinstall of the game. Playing in windows mode. Changing the resolution of my game. Run windows 10 if that matters.

If there is any program that i can download onto my PC that can track the issue please tell me and I hope someone will take the time to help me.
