Rek'Sai ALL Abilities Bug [Gameplay]

I'm currently in a game, and around 7:00 I burrowed into one of my tunnels. Rather than taking me through, the tunnel closed and I remained permanently burrowed and unable to cast any abilities/unburrow. After attempting a basic attack, I unburrowed but am still unable to use any abilities (even the unburrowed kit). Please fix this, because it ruined the entire game. Nothing at all works. I closed the client and rebooted the game, and still can not use abilities. Please fix. I'm assuming the game still believes I'm burrowed inside a tunnel.

EDIT: Also, I can not use items or summoner spells. Why...
