Is this intended?, cause like, generally you are suppose to see her from like a flash distance away and she would have her eye pop up above her or you, but I couldn't see her till she legit was violating me orifice nor could I see the indicator popping up.
As an Eve main I know there are a couple of ways you can cheat the range. Are you sure she didn't pop out of a bush/ran from behind a corner? Even if Evelynn is within reveal range of you, so long as she isn't within direct line of sight of a champion or a control ward, she'll remain invisible to you. This means she can hide juuuuuust around a corner from you and you still won't see her even if it's warded or in view of a minions since minions and normal wards don't count for viewing her, only being able to be seen directly by a champion / control ward does. Think this also works for bushes. If she's sitting in a stealth warded bush and you can see the bush AND are in her reveal range, she'll still be invisible cuz bushes technically block line of sight from you and its the WARD giving the vision, which doesn't reveal her. If that's not the case I dunno, replay the match from blue side's perspective and rewatch the moment to see if you might have just not seen her due to lag or just cuz she was too fast.
I've also noticed a strange delay before the actual visual proc, often cases in the same scenario, and my ping's an average of 60 for this game. I'd always blamed on the totality of both their connection, my own, as well as the server's, rather than any one thing. Though it does admittedly defeat the purpose of the feature.
