BEAR VENGEANCE: If Annie dies while Tibbers is summoned, Tibbers instantly regenerates 50% of his missing health, enrages, and targets Annie’s killer. If Annie’s killer is too far away, Tibbers will focus the lowest health champion instead.

There's something funny with the way they did the page, CTRL+F will fail you.

For Major and Minor Mage Updates, you need to click on the portrait for the champion to load their changes. If you're using the navigation bar on the right side, you can click on the champion names (again under Major/Minor Mage Updates) from there.

i wish it was mandatory for people to read the patch notes before hopping into a ranked game, so many people have no idea what most of the new mages do or anything about the new drags
