[GAMEPLAY] Fizz E bug; you don't become untargetable?

This happens to me every single game that we do baron, and also sometimes during enemy teams with knockups

Essentially, when you E on fizz as you are being knockup up by the baron, your E damage still goes off but you do NOT become untargetable and can still be damaged during the E.

This effect also occured my last game where i was vs. a Reksai, who knocked me airborne during my E and during my E, caitlyn headshot me and killed me.

Steps to reproduce (I think?):

1. Play fizz
2. E as you are about to be knocked airborne
3. the airborne cancels your untargetable part of your E but not the damage
4. feelsbadman
