Karthus Crit Bug - [Gameplay]

So I was playing a game with my friend and we were looking over the stats of the game. It randomly read that my friend got a Crit on Karthus of over 950 while he has not built any attack damage throughout the entire game.

I also have no clue how to recreate this bug.
