Can’t see friends list

I can’t see my friends list, and friends says I’m offline, even though I’m not, I’ve restarted my laptop, I’ve reinstalled league, anyone know what’s happening????

It also says “Looks like you haven’t added any friends yet, invite friends to chat and play together”
