Can't use and choose any of my skins in champ select

Its a bit hard to explain but I'll try explain it anyways. So everytime I try to change skins it doesn't let me use them, like they have the lock icon (like when you haven't purchased the skin theres this little lock icon and when you press it, it gives u the option to buy it, thi is in champ select btw) but when i click on the lock icon it says that have already purchased this skin, I thought none of it and went on with my game without a skin and thinking I'll just restart the client and this would be fixed and so for the past 4 or 5 hrs these are the the list of things I have done to fix this issue:

• Force repatch 4x -Initiated full repair 3x
• Restarted my laptop 3x
• Uninstalled and reinstalled 4x I have also cleaned my disk, took a look at my task manager ( or whatevr its called ), tried to look for viruses, corrupted league files, and tried lowering the fps. I have also written a ticket to riot support and said they will be passing me to another staff ( but they haven't responded as im typing) pls help guys I just bought battle academia lux and i cant use her T - T
