The Call of Power challenge rewards

So I have completed the challenge The Call of Power and have received 1 of the 2 rewards. I have only received the World Rune Icon but I have not received the World Rune Ward (it is not shown in the ward page on the collection tab) and the challenge is marked completed when I view my completed challenges. Is anyone facing the same problems? Or if you have a solution let me know, thanks.
