Bugsplat error report

League of Legends operated perfectly when my pc run Windows 7....When my dad updated to Windows 10...League of legends still launches but when i pick my champion and the match is about to begin....it never starts and a message from Bugsplat appears saying bugsplat error report...I've tried everything....even gone to control panel and do everything that I've read from previous discussions...but nothing work...pls tell me what to do
