Bugsplat error report

i had windows 7 installed and when my father installed windows 10 lol launches properly but when i pick my champion and the screen goes black so as for the game to start it never opens and a message appears saying Bugsplat error report...i've done the process with control panel and this things but it still won't open...pls tell me what to do
