I just found a way to make Relic Shield NOT require an ally to be nearby to proc the passive.

Found this while playing support (don't hate me) and as far as I know only works with him. So it basically lets you proc the passive, give you the healing, and it counts towards the quest of earning money with the item (but does not give double gold for the minion kill), making it easy to complete the quest in a solo lane. Also works with all its upgrades.

So anyway, would I get banned for using it? :D

Champion clones count as champions.

Illaoi's spirit obviously cannot attack, but Morde's ghosts and Shaco's Hallucinate can proc the Relic charges as well. And yes, you DO get double gold for it. However, Wukong has to get the last hit with his W which has a long cd and isn't basic attacking, thus doesn't get the execute. I've tried full AP Wukong with Targons and it just wont work.

This is more Gameplay than report a bug though. RAB is for filing reports and listing them/reproduction steps etc.
