FIX MUNDO FFS!

Its possible that with all the things they have to do + fix a bug, that they just haven't figured how to fix it yet. It doesn't necessarily mean that they aren't working on it.

I don't know your age or if you've had a job before, but when someone [for example] orders food, does everyone in the entire store stop to get their order? No. A few select people out of the whole staff get their order and at different sections.

So, for the bug you speak of [which I myself haven't seen but I have heard of it before] first has to be acknowledge by whomever works on the forums. They then relay the information to their manager, who then has to relay the information to whomever does the programming. Then, 1 person or maybe 2 with 1 Q&A person probably work on to try and fix the problem. Meanwhile, they probably get stopped inbetween because they are part of a group of programmers [out of the total, they are usually divided to specific tasks] that has to do certain things for the next update.

My point? Just be patient. It isn't necessarily that they aren't working on it, but it may be harder to fix than you can imagine. Coding isn't very easy, and it is especially difficult to debug glitches.
