animated background in the profile tab in the new client

before patch 7.4 i was using the new client . in the profile tab the background was elementalist lux animated background there since i had my elementalist lux icon used but after patch 7.4 i had a message the low spec mode was enabled and i didn't do anything i clicked ok and went to my profile but the background of elementalist lux was not animated so i went to the setting and turned off low spec mode but it was still not animated so i thought it was a bug so i closed the client and opened it again but again the low spec mode message appeared and i clicked ok and turned it off instantly from the setting but still elemtalist lux background was not animated . so , is this normal ? was the animated background removed from the client ? or is this a bug ?
