[Gameplay] Tracker's Knife Starts with 0 Wards When First Bought

Description: When you first buy Tracker's Knife, you start with 0 ward charges instead of the intended 2 charges. No ward count is displayed in the item icon, and pressing the item's corresponding number does nothing. As far as I can tell, the knife charges do not reset until after you recall and visit the shop again.

To recreate the bug:

1. Take smite into a game
2. Buy Tracker's Knife
3. You should have no ward charges for Tracker's Knife.

The bug occurs every time I play jungle and buy this item. Also, occasionally when I recall and visit the shop for the first time, the ward count does not appear, but I am still able to place 2 wards.

Other aspects which might be affecting this bug:

• I play on the Mac client
• I play Amumu jungle
• Most of the time when I recall for the first time after buying Tracker's Knife, I have enough gold to upgrade to the Juggernaut Enchantment
• When I first buy Tracker's Knife, my yellow trinket is normally on cooldown
• I eventually buy the blue trinket when it becomes available, but usually my Tracker's Knife has begun to function properly by that point

I don't have any applications to record gameplay of this bug, but If anyone can recommend a good app, I will provide a video.
