(ARAM) Selecting a skin sometimes doesn't change what skin is used

In addition to starting on a random skin that wasn't the last skin I used the game has not been acknowledging me changing my skin in champion select. Both times this has happend I changed from Sorceress Lux to Elementalist Lux. Even though I change skins at the beginning of the lobby and it shows Elementalist, once I begin loading in it shows sorceress lux and that is the skin I get in-game. Stranger still 1 of the 3 games I have played as lux in aram this patch my skin actually changed.
