Reconfirming dodges temporarily consuming rerolls for aram

Using the new client, if you reroll a champion and then the game is dodged (which happens quite often in the mode) the reroll is not refunded like normal. I even tried exiting the lobby and checking my profile but my profile said i had lost the reroll. Now I don't know if it fully consumes the roll because after every game I would be back up to 2 charges from "0" in the lobby. This might just be because I own almost every champion and generate points at an accelerated rate but I'd like to think it realizes that I didn't use a reroll and the system fixes my count.
