Champion healing abilities?

I mean what the hell is going on!? I just went an aram with a couple of friends, i went as Kayle and i couldnt even heal properly, i noticed that my base healing at the time of the ability, was around 240.... so yeah sure i noticed that i healed myself for 240... fair enough... now everytime i try to heal anyone else... its half! only healing around 120.... ive noticed this throughout the entire game and even with other champs! such as nida and all!

Quick version: Kayle + Nida heal themselves well.... 50% to other champs... why!?!?!?
