Shyvana Dragon Form Taunts

I have played a couple of games in the past few days and have noticed that while in dragon form Shyvana will sometimes do her human form taunts.

I've been trying to repro this on Live at the moment, and I can't seem to get her human form taunt ("Come get a glimpse into the belly of the beast!") to play in Dragon form. Do you know how often the human form taunt seems to come out? Any extra info is super appreciated! :]
